C#: no changes made and needs to close

Hi,

I need help with my application. im using c# windows application form. when i close the application, it will show a message box to confirm exit which i made but the problem is i dont need the messagebox to appear if i already save the file ( i have a file strip menu with save function) because it will be too redundant.

hoping someone knows the workaround.
