What is this control in sql server user property dialog?

This control has the following features:

1. can't change the width of column header;
2. clicking selects both text and checkbox;
3. ticking the checkbox requires the mouse to hover on the checkbox exactly.

So, is this a standard .NET control, or some legacy MFC control?

I want to have exactly the same control used in my project. Thanks for any response.
