process activity window turnoff outiside application.

I have created a small window application. I have published this application and it works fine at my local intranet. Problem occurred, when system is shutting down or logged off i am unable to update the application status. My application is exit without any confirmation.

I want to make some process inside application when system is turnoff or logoff outside the application.
