Problem with automatic scale of a form

Hi

I have a form where i need to remove the controlbox. When I run the application i looks fine until I try running in 125% windows screen mode. Then the form scale is not correct. As soon as I display the controlbox the scale is correct

I do all the form property operations in the visual studio designer. Im running VS 2012, and compile to .NET 4.0.

Does any one have a work around for this?
