Make C# winform visible in a game

Hi..

If u have used the software "Fraps", it shows an overlay while the user playing a game in yellow.. I want to make my program to show my winform is visible inside the game. How can I do that ? 

By the way the game is "Microsoft Halo CE (Custom Edition). I think it's a directX Game..
