changing the color of all the buttons in my Form

Ok im trying to change the color of all the buttons in my form in C# with the click of a menu item. i can do it with making each line of code but its way to much, i can find the answer for visual basic but that doesn't really help me in c#. Im still new but this is my first full App(Calculator) and now I'm just doing the fun stuff, I'm assuming its done with a foreach statement but i get a lot of errors when i try myself.
