Scroll bar error ArgumentOutOfRangeException

I populate a DataGridView object by this statement in a loop:

Me.datagridview1.Rows.Add(x, y, channel)

It adds all the rows. But when I use the scroll bar and try to move down the cursor, I have this error:

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException non è stata gestita

If I disable the datagridview scroll bar I have non problems. At the bottom there is all stack. How can I solve this problem? I find a link with same question without solution:
