The requested name is valid and was found in the database

Hi !
When i try to use  socket calss to connect to a website  on localhost 
i get this error

An unhandled exception of type 'System.Net.Sockets.SocketException' occurred in system.dll

Additional information: The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for

Evefything was working fine but when i installed Win xp SP2   then it gave me this error  ?.

Can any one tell me about the sloution
