Deleted Active Directory Users Synchronisation with SharePoint

I have a sharepoint 2010 site.

I dont want emails to be triggered to users who are subscribed to items/alerts to receive emails once they are removed from Active Directory .How can  i achieve this?

or

I want to fetch only active users in SharePoint while fetching subscribed users.
