Textbox with float value input and dispay thousand separate, decimal point

Hi !

I'm newbie and using VS2005 , i using C# !

How could make a textbox as :

When user press 1234 -->> it will display 1,234
when user user 1234.12 -->> it will display 1,234.12

Please help me !
