Open URL on button click ???

Hi, I am using the Visual Studio Ultimate 2012.

I have made a simple program (windows forms applications - VB).

I want to make a button that will open a web URL through the user's default browser (IE, Chrome, etc.)

I am new to all this, so if you can, tell me step-by-step what to do.
