Select the right Border Points from the Latitude and Longitude to draw Polygon in C#.NET

Dear All,

I need to draw a polygon with the Latitude and Longitude Points. I am getting all the points in ListView in C#.Net. 

How to pick the right Border Points to draw polygon.
