Hello,
we are trying to read Myanmar\Burmese text from a CSV file and show it on the .Net windows application with framework 3.5. Please let us know why this does not work. It appears correctly on Excel, wordpad but not on the .Net application.
Other unicode characters apears just fine. This is on Windows 7 64 bit OS.
