Which program or registry entry is executed when the PC wakeup from sleep

Hi,

I had to restart a service after the PC return from sleep.
The program I wrote works fine when start by hand. But where to put the command so that the program is called automatically after wakeup from sleep state.

The problem is, that my SQL server, installed on an external USB 3.0 Raid, is not started again after wakeup.
