Autoscroll is not painted on a panel used inside a C# user control

The panel was used inside a C# user control and whenever resize the user control and the panel also get resized with my logic. however the autoscroll is not painted properly when i resize the user control. Also when i move the mouse hover on the scroll bar and then painted properly.

The following apporach already i tried and i don't have any luck. Add a panel_resize and inside i calledpanel Invalidate and hence the issue is not resolved.
