Popup form

Dear Sir

I am having scenario

There is employee master screen.There is employee name text box.

If i press function f3 in employee name "textbox" ,a new pop up form comes and it will have list of names.if i click any name in the popup , the name will come in parent form employee name "text box".I tried new instances of forms are created.

Please help me to get the solution.
