How To Access an HTML File Within an HTML Help File

There are times when I'd like to display a pop-up showing only an HTML File from within an HTML Help File, without displaying the Contents, Index and Icon bar that automatically appear when you display the full .chm Help File (such as when using the HelpProvider class HelpNamespace, HelpNavigator and HelpKeyword methods or the static Help.ShowHelp method).  I can achieve the desired user result by using a WebBrowser control inside a pop-up form, but I have to point the WebBrowser object at the original source HTML file, not the one compiled into the .chm Help File.  Also, I can create 2 HTML Help Files, one with Contents and an Index and one without (both containing the same HTML Files), but that's a lot of extra overhead.  Is there any way to get at or display an HTML file only from inside an HTML Help File that contains Content/Index?

Thanks.  Steve
