I need to fill some infopath properties on sharepoint

Hello Team, here i put my problem.

I am developing a VB.NET winform with no complexity to put some information and next to set into our Sharepoint Site, the problem is that in the sharepoint site is a Infopath template located on our server.

so i need to know how to make this entries to sharepoint or to a locally infopath document to set this textbox information.
