How to Set the Original Thread of a Control to another Thread

I have a special case and need help trying to figure it out in C#. Let say Control-A was originally created on Thread-A and I have another Control-B, created on Thread-B. Is there a way to change Control-A's original thread to Thread-B if I have access to Thread-B within Contol-A?
