Form with in form should work as a webpage any idea to achieve ?

I would like to create a only single form but when ever i click menu items that should reflect the details with in that form ...same as master page and menu items in asp.net.

Is there any way to achieve this.please give me any idea to do this...and post sample links to get better understanding.
