Object Reference not set to an instance of an object DataGridView

Hello Experts,

In VS2010 I have C# project with DataGridView bind to datasource showing 4 columns but some times i get this weird error "Object Reference not set to an instance of object" and this is the stack trace below which does not give any clue what happend.
