C# Progress Dialog Box Similar to VS2012

Hi,

    When a project is created in VS2012 a progress dialog box pops up stating 'Creating Test1 application' & has a progress bar that just continually displays about 20% of the progress bars width moving from left to right (it does not fill left to right until 100% is completed like a normal progress bar). How could this functionality be achieved in a WinForm application?
