Populate multi column combo box from Database

Hi guys! i am on stuck populating multi column combo box from SQL server using ADO.NET. I want to load 4 columns in the combo box. I have no idea how to proceed the same.. i am very new to C# and still learning. I would appreciate if anybody can help me in this regard.
