Windows 8 user: deleted IE10

I use windows 8...

I went in to 'My computer', searched internet explorer, and put everything I could into the recycle bin, then emptied the recycle bin. (Reason being: my IE10 desktop version was malfunctioning.) Presently, both the desktop and metro version of IE10 work fine, but I no longer have an IE10 metro tile: I think I must have deleted it in my attempt to fix my original problem. Is there a way for me to get an IE10 metro tile?
