Compare dataGridView

Hi.

I have one question. My program load first csv file to dataGridView (button - read csv) then read second csv file to dataGridView (button - z_cumulated). This work. Now I need compare this two DataGridView (when click on button - compare).I need to get to the final DataGridView data, which contains file readCSV but not z_cumulated.
