How to get application ".exe" as system tray icon in Windows XP

Hi

I am using Windows XP application.

I have created windows application in C#.

 
I want to get application ".exe" as system tray icon  in Windows XP .( after windows XP  is fully loaded ).

I am not interested  in giving it in startup programs.
It is like windows messenger loading automatically when windows xp is fully loaded.

Please help me to get the icon in system tray.
